What is it?
This session combines two complementary and powerful techniques—BRTT® (Body Remembers Trauma Therapy) and TRB® (Trauma Release Breathwork). By integrating bodywork and breathwork, you embark on a deep inner journey into the subconscious, where emotional and physical trauma can be released. This combination is a highly effective method for profound transformation.
The bodywork creates space and relief in your body, while the breathwork helps you access deeper layers. Together, these techniques provide a holistic healing experience that restores balance to your body and mind.
How does it work?
BRTT®: We begin with bodywork to release tension stored in the body.
Learn more about BRTT®Transition to TRB®: Once physical blockages are released, we shift to breathwork to explore the deeper layers of the subconscious. This allows deeply rooted traumas, past experiences, and emotions to surface and be processed.
Learn more about TRB®Regulating emotions and the nervous system: The session concludes with calming your nervous system, leaving you with a profound sense of calm and emotional balance.

This session is perfect for you if you struggle to fully let go or surrender during a single BRTT® or TRB® session. Both are powerful techniques that significantly enhance each other. They help if you feel that stress, trauma, or burnout is stored in your body and you struggle to release it. You might feel stuck in cycles of tension, anxiety, or discomfort, or your body may constantly feel "on alert." These therapies provide a structured approach to releasing tension and supporting your body’s healing process. Together, we work to give you the space you need for healing, personal transformation, and restoring connection with yourself.

Session Details
Session Duration: Each session lasts approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, allowing enough time to combine BRTT® and TRB® in a supportive way and give your body and nervous system the space to release, heal, and restore balance.
One-Time or Follow-Up: Choose a single session or regular follow-up sessions for deeper healing and continued support. Packages are available upon request.
