What is it?
Trauma Release Breathwork (TRB®) is a deeply transformative method developed by the Inner Journey Institute in the Netherlands. It combines specific breathing techniques with carefully selected music to release energy, stress, and tension stored in your body—often as a result of trauma. During a breathwork session, you access your subconscious, allowing deeply rooted traumas, past experiences, and emotions to surface and be released.
Breathwork is one of the most powerful techniques I have discovered on my personal journey. It has the ability to liberate us physically, emotionally, and mentally. I guide you through the breathwork session with care and support, giving your body and mind the space they need to heal.
How does it work?
Safe space: We start the session with a moment of alignment, exploring together what is present for you at that moment, both physically and emotionally. Together, we create a safe and comfortable environment where you feel open to begin the breathwork session.
Breathing: Breathwork focuses on your autonomic nervous system. Initially, we use breathing techniques to bring your body into a state of rest and deep relaxation. Then, we increase the pace of breathing to trigger fight, flight, or freeze responses that your body may hold onto from trauma or past events.
Releasing emotions: Suppressed emotions may surface, giving you the opportunity to process and release them safely within the supportive environment.
Emotional and physical regulation: After the emotional release, I guide your body and nervous system into a more relaxed and regulated state using breathing techniques and my presence.
Restoring a sense of safety: This process helps your nervous system shift from an active state (sympathetic) to a state of rest (parasympathetic). This allows your body to feel safe again, bringing relief, grounding, and reconnection with yourself.
Who is it for?
TRB® is for you if you feel that stress, trauma, or burnout is stored in your body and you find it hard to release. You might feel stuck in cycles of tension or anxiety, or your body may feel constantly "on alert." You are seeking personal transformation and healing from past wounds so you can reconnect with yourself and rediscover the peace you deserve. Together, we work to break through this tension and give you the space to heal.

Session Details
Session Duration: Each session lasts approximately 90 minutes, allowing ample time to dive deeply into the breathwork process and release stored tension and emotions.
One-Time or Follow-Up: Choose a single session or schedule regular follow-up sessions for deeper trauma processing and ongoing support. Packages are available upon request.
