And when these survival responses couldn’t be completed,
they settled quietly into your system—
often for years.

Trauma doesn’t always begin with a dramatic event.
It can grow slowly, quietly—
from years of tension, disconnection, or emotional overwhelm.
From not feeling safe.
From not being allowed to feel what was alive inside you.
It can root itself in early experiences you no longer remember—
your birth, your childhood, or even before.

But your body remembers everything.

Even without memory,
your system holds the imprint.
And if it feels safe enough,
it can bring you back—
gently, layer by layer—
to what once had no space to be felt.

How the Body Begins to Let Go

If your body feels safe,
it can begin to bring you back—
step by step—
to the very first impressions and stored experiences
that once had no space to be felt.

In these sessions, we work with two deeply effective methods:
Body Remembers Trauma Therapy (BRTT®) and
Trauma Release Breathwork (TRB®).

BRTT® focuses on the psoas muscle
the central tension area of the body,
where trauma, stress, and suppressed emotions often accumulate.
Through focused breathing, touch, and movement,
your body is given space to release stored tension
and complete old fight, flight, or freeze responses—
often together with the feelings that couldn’t be expressed at the time.

TRB® works through the breath.
It invites you to dive deeper into your subconscious.
With breathing techniques and carefully attuned music,
you come into contact with layers of memory, emotion, and insight
that often live beyond the reach of the mind.

First through the body. Then through the breath.
This sequence creates a space where
physical, emotional, and energetic layers can move together—
making room for deep release, clear insight,
and the gentle integration of what once felt too much to hold.

I offer both individual sessions and longer trajectories.
Because this work asks for time, space, and trust,
I like to guide women through a series of sessions—
so the process can unfold at its own pace.

How a Session Unfolds

Every session begins by slowing down.
We take time to arrive, to feel, to listen.
Together, we tune into what is alive in you—
physically, emotionally, energetically.
From that place, the journey begins.

BRTT® comes first.
We work with breath, touch, and body-based techniques
to awaken deep physical holding—especially in the psoas,
the central tension area of the body where trauma and stress often accumulate.
Your body is gently invited to breathe, vibrate, and move
old survival responses—like fight, flight, or freeze—
that were never given space to complete themselves.
And often, what could not be felt at the time
begins to rise—ready to be released.

After this physical discharge, TRB® opens a second layer.
With conscious breath and carefully attuned music,
you’re guided deeper—
into the subconscious, where emotion, memory, and insight live,
ready to be felt and integrated.

I stay close—
attuned to your body, your breath, your rhythm—
guiding you with calm, care, and trust.

We end in stillness—
a space to return, to rest, to be close to yourself.

What follows is often a quiet clarity,
a gentle coming home to yourself.

There are many reasons a woman may feel called to this work.
Sometimes the signs are subtle, sometimes they’re loud.

You begin to respond to life differently—
not from old reactions,
but from the woman you’re becoming.

Session Details

This work moves in layers.
It takes time to unfold—
and your body knows the rhythm.

You can begin with a single session,
but I recommend to work in longer trajectories.
Because when we return more than once,
something deeper begins to open—
not by force, but through trust, safety, and repetition.

Each session lasts between 2.5 & 3 hours
and combines BRTT® & TRB®.
First, we release through the body.
Then, we journey through the breath.

A TRB®-only session is possible,
but the body-and-breath combination brings a deeper unfolding.

A single session can already bring insight and relief.
But lasting transformation often happens over time.

I offer longer trajectories—three or six sessions
to give space for your process to deepen and settle.
Sessions are spaced out every few weeks (+-4weeks),
so that what opens… can also integrate.

These are 1:1 sessions, held with presence and deep care
in my cozy home, right next to a magical forest in Ferschweiler
(10 minutes from Echternach).
